Changed your mind? No biggie — we get it. If your item isn’t quite what you expected, you can send it back within 14 days of receiving it (just make sure it’s unused and in its original packaging).

Email us at info@baguettestories.com with your name and order number to initiate a return.

Once your return reaches us, give us up to 5 business days to work our magic. We’ll send you an email once your refund’s on its way back to your original payment method. From there, it might take up to 30 business days (depending on bank's processing times) to show up on your statement.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.
